2011: I’ll always *sniff* remember you.

As 2011 speeds by and my first full year in San Francisco comes to a close, I thought I’d recap some of the awesome west-coast client relationships I was fortunate to develop this year. If the folks on the list below are any indication, then I have to say Tupac had it right after all.

Noble Grape Wines - John Romano

VineCrowd - Michael Rosenthal, Jennifer Kaplan

Lego - Michael McNally, Kristin Greene

Som Strategy - Lisa Meltz

Timbuk2 - Jordan McCorkle, Jennifer Carroll

Bo.lt - Jamie and Matthew Roche, Lily Chiu

Thanks for the memories! Hope to work with you fine folks again in 2012.

Timbuk2

Happy to add iconic messenger bag originators — and San Francisco natives — TIMBUK2 as a client! Videos to come shortly!

Shot a series of bodybuilding instructional videos starring genetic outlier Skip La Cour. I’m feeling especially pasty and shrimpy right about now.

I got to make a video for LEGO! I love this job.

A fast, fun little promo I created for web-start-up BO.LT. (These guys are on to something here. Not entirely sure what it is yet, but it’s cool…)

Such a great video. I’d love to hang out with these guys!

Such a gem I came across today…

Credit to Galen Summer and Ed David for their great work. So many stories out there to tell!

Commissioned by New York-based creative firm Monday Collective to produce a short web-promo for their innovative Monday Creative sessions.

We heard about a mad pickle-maker in Greenpoint, Brooklyn who worked night after night out of restaurant kitchens. What we found was a young entrepreneur on the cusp of success, helping to reshape New York’s manufacturing landscape and doing it all his way.

Had some new equipment to test out so I thought I’d do a little interview with my grandfather.

Another great surf-related summery video by Keegan Gibbs .

THIS is how you raise funding for a movie! Jocelyn exceeded her goal and is now in pre-production. Totally inspiring. And a testament to the effectiveness of Kickstarter as a funding platform.
